Fit Glow Cushion is CANMAKE’s cushion foundation, developed around three goals: a thin layer, a glow and staying power. It spreads so thinly that it feels like you are wearing nothing, fits the skin evenly, and feels fresh and light rather than heavy. It gives a clear, glowy finish with a dewy look, and CANMAKE says it resists water, sweat and sebum and doesn’t crease easily, so the just-applied finish lasts.

It contains eleven moisturising ingredients, including six types of hyaluronic acid, ceramide NP, niacinamide, retinol, centella asiatica extract and macadamia seed oil. The drop-shaped puff reaches small areas easily. The shades are 01 Light, a bright beige; 02 Natural, a natural-looking beige; 03 Pink Natural, a bright pinkish beige; and 04 Neutral Beige, a bright neutral beige without yellow or red tones, released in late September 2026. Mermaid Skin Gel UV is a water-like sunscreen gel that you can use like a toner. It has SPF50+ PA++++, the highest level of UV protection labelled in Japan, and the gel bursts into water as you spread it for a fresh, light finish. After cleansing, it works as skincare, a moisturising makeup base and a UV base in one, and it can be used on the body as well as the face. When used on its own, it comes off with soap or face wash.

The variants are 01 Clear, a colourless type for every skin tone; 02 White, for a fair-looking complexion; C01 CICA Mint, a green type with centella asiatica leaf extract that corrects redness and dullness; and C03 Pure Purple, a purple type with niacinamide that corrects yellowness and dullness. CANMAKE recommends reapplying every two to three hours, and after wiping your skin with a towel.

Mermaid Skin Gel UV (Oil Block) is the oil-control version of Mermaid Skin Gel UV. It contains a sebum-absorbing ingredient that soaks up the oil that causes stickiness, shine and makeup breakdown, so skin stays smooth and makeup lasts, even when you sweat. Like the original, it is a fresh water gel that doesn’t feel sticky, and it works as a moisturising base and a UV base that helps foundation go on and stay on.

It contains eight moisturising ingredients, including sodium hyaluronate, glucosylceramide, centella asiatica extract, squalane and jojoba seed oil. Its one shade, 01 Clear White, is a versatile clear white that doesn’t look white on the skin. It had an early release in late April 2026 and joined the permanent line-up from July 2026. When used on its own, it comes off with soap, face wash or body wash.

Moist Prism Primer

Moist Prism Primer is a serum-like moisturising primer for a dimensional, glowy finish, as if the skin were glowing from within. It combines high-brightness pearl with seventeen moisturising ingredients, and its fresh texture spreads easily and evenly. CANMAKE says it naturally covers uneven tone, pores and dullness for a translucent look, and it comes in an easy-to-use pump.

The shades are 01 Light Beige, a beige that naturally evens out your complexion; 02 Sweet Pink, a pink that adds a touch of rosiness; and 03 Pale Blue, a blue that enhances translucence. CANMAKE notes that 03 Pale Blue is sold only in some stores in Japan.

Not currently. CANMAKE’s official website lists only one foundation, Fit Glow Cushion, a cushion foundation with SPF50+ PA+++. If you want a liquid texture under your base, Moist Prism Primer and Mermaid Skin Gel UV are lightweight liquid and gel primers.

Is CANMAKE Marshmallow Finish Powder a foundation?

CANMAKE classifies Marshmallow Finish Powder as a face powder, not a foundation, although many shops abroad sell it as a “powder foundation”. What is CANMAKE Foundation Colors?

Foundation Colors is a nail product, not a face foundation. It is a “foundation” for the nails that naturally covers ridges, uneven colour and yellowing: one coat works as a tinted base coat, and two coats give naturally neat-looking nails. It costs ¥396 in Japan.
