Rohto’s FAQ states that the UV milk contains no preservative or mineral oil, and that it is not one of the Melano CC products with menthol. It does contain ethanol (its second ingredient) and fragrance.

Melano CC sunscreen protects the skin from UV with SPF50+ PA++++, and Rohto says this helps prevent dark spots caused by daytime sun exposure.
