Its spoon-shaped brush picks up plenty of formula, and Heroine Make says its volume-separating powder and short 2 mm fibres make lashes thick at the root and fine at the tips. Micro Mascara Advanced Film

Micro Mascara Advanced Film (マイクロマスカラ アドバンストフィルム) has the finest brush in Heroine Make’s range, made to catch short, fine lashes at the inner and outer corners and on the lower lash line. Heroine Make notes the thin brush can bend if you press too hard; if it does, straighten it before putting it back in the tube. It comes in 01 Jet Black and 02 Brown.

Real Lash Mascara Advanced Film

Real Lash Mascara Advanced Film (リアルラッシュマスカラ アドバンストフィルム) is for lashes that look like your own, only longer. Heroine Make says its Long EX Fibre gives finer, more separated lashes with fewer clumps than Long & Curl Mascara Advanced Film, and that it smudges less. It comes in 01 Black and 02 Dark Brown, plus limited colours such as 52 Warm Greige.

How to Apply Kiss Me Film Mascara

Curl your lashes first, then apply from root to tip. For Long & Curl and Volume & Curl, Heroine Make says to use the inside of the curved brush, wiggling it at the roots and gliding it to the tips without moving it. Heroine Make’s tips:

1. Curl first. Curl your lashes with a lash curler before applying.
2. Apply. Wiggle the brush at the roots, then glide it straight to the tips. Heroine Make says Long & Curl gets longer with each coat.
3. Reload if needed. If the brush picks up less formula, lightly stir the formula on the inside wall of the tube with the brush.

How to Remove Kiss Me Film Mascara

To remove Kiss Me film mascara, soften it with warm water (about 38°C), then wash with your usual face wash. You can use a makeup cleanser first if you like, but Heroine Make says milk and gel types can make it feel harder to remove.

1. Splash or press warm water (about 38°C) onto your lashes until the mascara softens.
2. Wash with your usual face wash; the mascara slides off.

If it doesn’t come off easily, soak it with warm water for longer before washing; Heroine Make says softening it thoroughly helps it come off faster.
