How to use: USUCHA: sift about 2g (1 heaping teaspoon) into a bowl, add ~70ml of hot water cooled to 70-80°C, and whisk briskly in a W motion until frothy. LATTE: dissolve in a little hot water first, then add steamed or cold milk and sweeten to taste.
