Frequently asked questions
QIs there a service fee?
No. You see the item price and the shipping charge before you pay. Import duties or taxes, if any, are paid to customs on delivery.
QHow much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated from the weight and shown before you pay — Japan Post air packet with tracking, or EMS for parcels over 2 kg. For items from other stores it also covers delivery from the shop to us.
QWill I pay import duties?
It depends on your country and the value of the parcel. We show an estimate before you pay; your customs office decides the final amount, which is paid on delivery.
QHow long does delivery take?
We buy the item after your order, then ship it from Japan by Japan Post with tracking. Typical delivery is 7–14 days after shipping.
QCan I cancel my order?
Once you pay, we buy the item for you, so we can't accept cancellations for a change of mind. Damaged, wrong or lost items are always refunded.
