KATE Jelly Foundation, called Jelly-Gloss Lasting Foundation on KATE’s Malaysia site, suits anyone who wants glow and high coverage: a serum-like jelly in a jar, applied with the included spatula, that KATE says covers pores and uneven texture, resists shine all day and doesn’t look powdery as it dries. The matching Jelly Puff (¥660) is sold separately. The foundation is sold in some stores and online in Japan. KATE’s site lists it as No. 1 among new gel foundations in the @cosme Best Cosmetics Awards 2026 (first half).
