KATE Jelly Primer, from the Jellyfish in the Moonlight line, is a glow primer that KATE says keeps both makeup and glow in place, preventing shine and wear for a long time. Its “high-adhesion lasting jelly”, built on KATE’s Jelly Link technology, wraps fine cover and sebum-setting powders and smooths over pores and texture. It also contains Moonlight Pearl (bismuth oxychloride) for a bright glow and a marine serum complex with hyaluronic acid, niacinamide and hydrolyzed conchiolin protein. It’s sold in some stores and online in Japan.
