KATE Powdery Naginata Liner, released in July 2026, suits anyone who wants a soft line that doesn’t look too dark: KATE says its powdery colour looks like the darkest shade of an eyeshadow carefully drawn on with a brush, and it contains a blurring powder. The lead is shaped like a naginata, a curved Japanese blade, so its curve fits along the lash line and draws fine lines to the outer corner. KATE says to twist out about 1 mm, as the lead can break if extended too far.
