How to use
After bathing or before sleep, peel off the clear film and press the sheet onto the area you want to refresh. It is gentle on skin and stays on until morning. Remove before putting on shoes.
Cautions
Do not use around the eyes, on mucous membranes, or on skin with eczema, wounds or other problems. Supervise closely when used on small children. If redness or itching appears, stop and consult a doctor. Wearing shoes over the sheet can leave gel on shoes or socks.
