Key ingredients

• Bamboo charcoal and hemp charcoal — Traditional Japanese charcoals used as the black colourant, giving a dignified black that still looks gentle on the eye.
• Dye-free colour system — Uses pigments instead of dyes so colour does not stain into the skin.

Texture & scent

A liquid liner with the Yamato Takumi brush, hand-kneaded by only seven artisans in Kumano and Nara, with 28% more bristle volume for firmness and control. The eight-sided bottle is shaped like a pencil for a stable grip. A waterproof film keeps the line intact against water, humidity and sebum, yet it lifts off with warm water. Unscented.

How to use

Wipe the brush tip on a tissue before drawing to remove excess liquid, then line along the lashes. Close the cap firmly after use and store the liner lying flat so the brush stays saturated. Remove with warm water.
